Shipping policy

All hair extension items are shipped via UPS and require a signature for delivery. We are not liable for any shipping costs associated with items returned by the carrier due to a lack of signature.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Once the carrier receives the package, Raw Laurel Extensions will not be held responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Returns/Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf.

Should there be an error, we permit exchanges for items of the same price. We request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Items must remain in their original condition and packaging, with the seal unbroken. For public safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for exchange. Once your items have been received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or denied.

International Shipping:
Shipping rates for international orders can be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Customers should note that they are responsible for any unforeseen customs fees and taxes. Additionally, should there be a potential delay in shipment, orders may require more time to be delivered.
